Living with his parents, Les Hackel’s (James Marsters) life is going very badly. Dumped by his girlfriend, Les discovers an incision in his neck. His friend Danny tells him a bomb has been placed inside Les. Soon after Les begins receiving threatening texts from an unknown sender. They force Les carrying out heinous missions with murderous results, often partnering up with a string of wacky characters who may be in the same situation. As the violence escalates around him, Les pieces together clues revealing a nightmarish plan that threatens the human race.
